FAQ

Custom and personalized orders

We are ALWAYS super excited to try new ideas and custom designs! If there's something you're dreaming, we'd be honored to help you bring it to life! The sky is the limit as far as what we can create, just send us a message anytime and we would be happy to work with you!

Customized orders may require additional production time.

Does the mechanism tick? Is it loud?

The standard mechanisms we use do have a very faint ticking sound. It really depends on where you have the clock located and how close it is to your sitting areas.

We do offer silent mechanisms as well! These mechanisms are a silent sweeping mechanism, meaning that instead of the "tick" there is a continuous movement with zero noise.

Can I personalize my clock?

You can add as much or as little custom lettering/imaging to your clock as you would like! We also can do logos. The customized lettering is done in a high quality vinyl unless otherwise noted. You also have the option to upgrade to hand-painted lettering or hand-cut wooden lettering. Once your order is placed, we will send you over font samples to choose from. Once you choose a font (or a couple if you can't decide!) We will create digital proofs for you to look at. We will work together to create the look you are wanting!

What's included?

The clock is equipped with a mechanism that requires 1-AA battery (not included). The clock comes standard with a mechanism, hour hand, and minute hand. There is no second hand included. They are available for purchase.

Custom and personalized orders

Absolutely! Please know that every piece of wood handles stain differently. Two pieces of the same type of wood can react to a stain differently. It adds to the uniqueness of the piece! Also keep in mind that lighting (natural vs. indoor) can impact the way the stain appears in photographs. Because of this we cannot guarantee a perfect match but will do our very best! If you have a particular stain in mind, send us a message and we will gladly match as best we can or special order a particular stain to match your existing décor!

My clock hands are snagging, help!

The hands we use are made from metal. Due to the mechanism, the hands must be a lightweight metal in order for the mechanism to be able to hold and move the hands. Because of this, the hands are thin and pliable. Upon installation, in the event the hands are angled in a way which causes them to catch on one another, the hands can be easily bent back or smoothed out by hand. This is a normal occurrence and is an easy fix! Message us at any time upon the delivery of your clock and we can walk you through the process!

Please note: 30" clocks and larger will come with hands that have a "tail" on the opposing end of the minute hand. This is to ensure the hand maintains balance and even weight distribution on the mechanism.
